The aramidillo story contest is over and there were two entries. I have them published above. Elijah's came in first and I could tell he had studied about the animal to make his story realistic. Then Lily sent her story. She sent me several internet links with photos and information that she had looked up. I knew she had worked hard. Her story was excellent also. But I felt she had had some help where Elijah did his totally on his own. So an 11 year old has tied with a 9 year old to be co-winners of this contest. I hope some day some of the other grandkids will be interested in publishing a story. You can write them anytime. Don't have to wait for a contest.
