Blakely is becoming a big girl.  She will be three in April.  But now she is starting School.   I think the back pack is bigger than she is.

Happy Seventh Birthday, Carson

This is the year for Birthday trips in place of childrens birthday parties at the Collier house.   Ava's trip was several weeks after her birthday when they went to the water place in Pigeon Forge.     She waited for Sydney and Blakely to arrive before she had her birthday trip.  I saw no photos of that event.

Carson's birthday trip was to be a big surprise.  His parents teased him they were going to the swamp....lots of allegators.  But here there are.  The real surprise was their first trip to Disney in Orlando.    Have a wonderful time Carson and Happy 7th Birthday to you.

Hailey Turning Twelve February 7th

Often we don't see Devin and Hailey on their birthdays, so we try to arrange our own little get together sometime during birthday season.  This was the tiny celebration with Hailey  the Friday before, (Feb 3rd).(Ken had gone over and taken Devin, Kevin and Hailey out for lunch on Devin's birthday.)  But for Hailey, Nana got to participate a little bit.    We started out with a date at the movies.  We saw HUGO in 3-D and it was a great experience.  All of us loved the movie and I think the 3-D made it special.   The Scharpfs were going but got the stomach virus.  They missed a great movie .... another time.

 Our little get together ended up with a bag of goodies from Old Navy and some undies from Justice Store.  I bet you are not surprised that Hailey took half of her dinner home in a box.

Lily Turns Twelve on Jan 23td

Everybody is having birthdays.  I was in Baltimore Maryland on Lily and Devin's Birthday.  My sister Sarah, passed away.  But I made it back for Lily's party on Friday evening the 27th. Papa went over and celebrated with Devin at lunch on the 23rd.

My Prize Handmade Hat

 I had to attend school for two days Friday and Saturday and I won this  hat at a Silent Auction.

Sorry Max, it don't fit.

We tried the hat on Max, but it is toooo big.  Actually, he wanted to chew on it and he loved it very much.  

I have decided that the first Grandchild who ask for the Monkey hat, may have it.  Just respond below...  See comments.

The Cousins

Sydney and Blakely came through Broken Arrow on their way home.  They came by to see their cousins and pick up their kitten.

We had lunch together first. 

The cousins had a great time together. 

Then because all the cousins have birthday coming up very soon and will not see each other, Nana decided to do a photo opt of the girls.  Sydney's birthday comes first...January 16 she will be eight years old. 

Lily and Hailey will be twelve years old January 24th and February seventh. 

We needed to have some silly poses. 

The Justice Store did not have Blakely's size but she is going to have a birthday in April. 

Rosie's Birthday is in March and she will be ten years old.

And then 'snowball' got to pay with Sydney's Crab. 

I hear that after Sydney arrived home, his name was changed to KEVIN. 

Boys don't care much about clothes or photos but here is Elijah who will turn thirteen. 

d here is Devin who is the oldest grandchild in our family.  He will be turning fourteen.

The cousins watched some video/movies on the computer and had a lot of fun.

Also, we must not forget that Ava turned nine in December and Carson will be seven in February.    HAPPY BIRTHDAY EVERYONE!
