Papa had not been feeling very well, so Elijah, Lily and Rose with their Mama, came over to help with the yard work today. They pulled weeds, raked and fed the flowers some plant food. Elijah tried his hand with the ride-a-mower. April trimmed the hedges for the Pops. Actually in these photos, they were taking a lunch break. Thank you guys, you were a big help to both Pops and Me.
Here lies a secret place to record the wonderful times around my grandchildren. Peek if you dare and leave comments if you care.

Easter Bunnies in Asheville
Across the street from the Collier Home is a Presbyterian Church which has neighborhood activities. One of those is the neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt and all pets are invited. Yesterday, Ava, Carson and Kona crossed the street for the hunt. They served snacks which consisted of plain white bread with american cheese. Ava and Carson thought that this new delicacy was wonderful and asked their mother what this wonderful food was. White bread and American cheese. Who would know!
There were Easter baskets in the morning. Ava asked Mom if the Easter Bunny was real or if the baskets were from Mommie and Daddy. Sommer asked, what do you think. Ava responded, I think they are from the Easter Bunny because you would never let us have all this candy. Hummmmm. What do YOU think.
